In June 2023, Michigan Petroleum Technologies announced its acquisition by RelaDyne with the goal of continued growth, expanded product offerings, and improved service to our loyal customers. RelaDyne is the industry-leading lubricant, fuel, diesel exhaust fluid, and reliability services marketer in the United States with over 150 locations serving customers in 45 states. RelaDyne has fully supported our local management team, as well as the culture, philosophies, and the communities in which we do business.

The next phase in our integration process will be to transition Michigan Petroleum Technologies over to our operating system. Our goal is to continue providing the same great service and quality products that you have become accustomed to, along with a seamless software conversion.
